Information for Poster Authors

Please read the guidlines for the preparation of your poster carefully. The poster should have the size A0 (portrait format, width: 84,1 cm, hight: 118,9 cm). 

 

Abstract Submission 

Submission of last minute posters is welcome until June 30, 2010. Please use the above link "Abstract Submission".
 

Please indicate the topic area and adhere to the abstract guidelines. A sample abstract is available on this site. No revision or corrections will be made by the editorial team. The Scientific Committee reserves the right to accept or reject contributions.

Abstract guidelines

The abstract must be assigned to one of the topics. To fill in fields with a red asterisk is mandatory. The abstract must be assigned to one of the topics. The abstract file (only RTF or PDF will be accepted) has to be included in the submission of the contribution; otherwise a submission will not be possible. Files may contain embedded graphics, but remember longer transmission times and timeout problems (files should not exceed 10 MB).
Invalid files cause complete cancellation of your submission. Concerning the layout of your abstract please keep to the following guidelines:

Volume 1 page DIN A 4 (29,7 cm height, 21 cm width)
Font Arial, 12 pt
Margins left/right: 2,3 cm; above/below: 3 cm
1st paragraph empty
2nd paragraph Title of the paper (bold face)
3rd paragraph Authors of the contribution in the format Main author, initials, city/country code, Co-author(s) in the same format, Address of the main author
4th paragraph Contents of the abstract
Foot notes Do not use Winword foot-notes, please write foot-notes in normal text at the end of your abstract

After a successful transmission you will receive a reference code for each submitted abstract and a few days later a confirmation of receipt. In case you did not have received this confirmation please contact: tgonline@gdch.de
The committee reserves the right to accept or reject contributions, to decide on oral or poster presentation, and to re-assign them to different topics.
