Online registration

In order to optimise the planning of the lecture halls, we would be happy to get your assistance: Please insert (for information only and without responsibility) at the end of your online registration (last step – before you print your invoice) in which lecture topic you plan to participate. Thank you very much for your assistance!
 

The registration fees are

Registration fees include:

• Admission to all scientific sessions and poster sessions
• Food and beverage as served during the poster session on Tuesday
• Refreshments as served during the coffee breaks
• Welcome reception on Sunday (sponsored by BASF SE)
• The possibility to book the concert in St. Sebald for an additional 10,00 EUR
• The possibility to book the congress dinner and party for an additional 58,00 EUR (students 48,00 EUR)
• Symposium bag, congress abstracts on USB stick, list of participants
• Free public transportation in Nürnberg (Zone 100/200)

Registration fees for accompanying persons include:

• Welcome reception on Sunday (sponsored by BASF SE)
• The possibility to book the concert in St. Sebald for an optional 10,00 EUR
• The possibility to book the congress dinner and party for an additional 58,00 EUR (students 48,00 EUR)
• Free public transportation in Nürnberg (Zone 100/200)

All tickets and congress materials will be handed to the participants upon check-in at the registration desk. Participants are requested to wear their congress badges at all times for identification and admittance to the congress rooms.

Upon online registration, payment by credit card or direct debit is preferred. If you wish to pay by bank transfer (free of bank commission), please do not forget to print the invoice at the end of your online registration.

If fees are paid in advance, but after August 10, 2010, we kindly ask participants to show proof of payment when claiming their tickets and congress materials at the registration desk. Onsite payment is possible only by electronic cash or credit card (MasterCard, Visa).

Cancellation

Requests for cancellation made prior to August 2, 2010 will be subject to a € 40,- administration fee. After that date the full amount of the invoice has to be paid. Requests for refund will not be accepted; however, registration may be transferred to another member of your organisation. In this case please send a note to GDCh, Congress Team.

If the meeting is cancelled for whatever reason, fees paid will be refunded. Further recourse is excluded.
